Tonight, Saturday June 6th 2026, a fabulous and exciting new chapter unfolds for our Amazing Life Gospel Choir family. It is a moment that feels deeply connected to the very reason we sing – to carry the message of hope forward and watch God interrupt ordinary spaces with His extraordinary presence. And what an incredible journey it has been so far!
I am sitting here today filled with gratitude as I look back on the journey of the Amazing Life Gospel Choir, which I founded in September 2024 right here in Stirling, Scotland. What began as a quiet step of obedience has quickly grown into a beautiful, vibrant movement of praise. From day one, our heartbeat hasn’t just been about making music; it has been about stepping out in faith to point people directly to Jesus, the reason for our hope.
The Resonance of Growth
I often think back to our very first night. We launched with 50 passionate singers, unsure of where the road would lead but eager to worship. Our voices united together with the words of Amazing Grace, with incredible harmonies that raised the roof – all for His praise. Since then, our numbers have grown and we have built a supportive and loving community of people from all walks of life, uniting together to create something beautiful as we worship.
As a leader, watching this community grow moves me deeply. We haven’t just been singing inside our regular rehearsal walls; we have been taking His love directly to where it is needed most. We have been privileged to lift our voices inside prison ministries and vibrant church gatherings. We have shared the joy of the season at Christmas specials, and even stepped into the creative energy of the world-famous Edinburgh Festival Fringe, where we will return this August.
Before there is ever a grand stage, there is the quiet faithfulness of the weekly gathering. These milestones remind me that real ministry is never about human striving. When we empty ourselves and let the Holy Spirit fill us, our songs become a powerful tool that can break through walls and draw souls closer to Christ.
A Dream Realized in London: Singing at the Royal Albert Hall!
God has heard our prayers and opened a door that feels beautifully surreal. This Saturday night, June 6, 2026, we are stepping onto the stage of London’s iconic Royal Albert Hall!
Fulfilling this desire to minister in song on one of the world’s greatest platforms is a milestone I never could have imagined when we first started. It is an incredible reminder that when we take a small, imperfect step of obedience, God takes over and opens doors which only He can. We aren’t going there to build a platform for ourselves; we are going to lift up the name of Jesus so that others might come to know Him. Can you feel the excitement? Hallelujah!
We are joining the Prom Praise Massed Choir under the direction of Michael Andrews for an evening titled “To the Ends of the Earth.”
